The crisis of human values is a burning problem in the presence scenario of society. A bird's eye view on any daily news paper, explores the rule of animal over the rational spirit of man. It is a common picture of our day-to-day life and societies, states and nations. Now a days, human civilization is on the way to post modern-ism. In this existing age of globalization, expanding technology propels us through life at ever increasing speed and provides us with increase abundance. Nevertheless, in all our affluence we have seen to be no closer to a better understanding of either of ourselves or of our neighbors, and co-workers or the society or other nations. We have seen tremendous polarization. "Inhumanism" becomes a common phenomenon; racial strife continues wars and conflict still rage. Much noise but little understanding surrounds us.

Hence, Its a humble attempt to stimulate the society by addressing all the issues related to the main theme of the seminar. It is hoped that the seminar will try to focus certain issues that may be of some use in bringing about peace and tranquility in the society.
